GradReady — Resume Scorer for Students

1. Acceptance of terms

By using GradReady ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by GradReady and accessible at grade-ready.com.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial resume improvement purposes. You may not: (a) submit resumes or content that you do not own or have permission to share; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (c) use the Service to generate misleading content with intent to deceive employers; (d) resell or redistribute output from the Service without permission.

3. Payment terms

Starter ($4.99/month): A recurring monthly subscription that unlocks full analysis reports, cover letter generation, job match breakdowns, and unlimited analyses. You will be charged $4.99/month until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Pro ($9.99/month or $24.99/quarter): A recurring subscription with all Starter features plus advanced tools including job match and job tracker. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law.

4. Refund policy

All sales are final. If you have questions about your purchase, contact us at contact@grade-ready.com.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the resume content you submit. By submitting content, you grant GradReady a limited license to process and analyze it to provide the Service.

The analysis reports, scoring methodology, interface, and all other content produced by GradReady are our intellectual property. You may use your personal analysis reports for your own job search.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that: (a) the Service will improve your job search outcomes; (b) analysis results will be accurate or complete; (c) employer or ATS behavior will match our scoring predictions. Resume analysis is a tool to assist your judgment, not a guarantee of results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GradReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
